If you grew up at a racetrack then you probably looked forward to Kids Big Wheel races night as a kid.  It was your night to take the track by storm, on all three wheels, and pedal your way to victory!  This weekend at Lake County Speedway it is our annual Kids big Wheel Races May 19Kids Big Wheel race.  Bring your child to the show this weekend for their opportunity to take part in the big wheel races on the track.  Do not worry they will not be taking on the whole track, but just a small portion of the front stretch.  The event will be open to kids from ages 3-7 and is broken down into two groups for ages 3-5 and 6-7.

To those that wish to bring their child out this weekend and participate, we ask that you follow these few simple guidelines to make it an enjoyable event for everyone.  When you get to the track, leave your child’s big wheel in your vehicle.  During the pursuit races, just prior to intermission and the big wheel event, we will make an announce for parents and allow them to go out to their vehicles for their childs big wheel.  Once the pursuits have ended we will bring participants to the track and begin our Kids Big Wheel races!

This Saturday is also our Fan Appreciation Night!  Join us for ticket specials and also dollar hot dogs!  Tickets this Saturday will be $5 for Adults and $3 for kids 6-12 and also Seniors.  And as always, kids under 5 and under are FREE!  Come to the show and see the fastest entertainment in Lake County!

just wanted to say how much I have enjoyed the last 2 weeks of racing. I was raised a “racing brat” involved in the races my whole life because my dad sold race tires at ALL the local tracks, including Painesville. I just wanted to let you know that I have had a really hard time navigating your web site…thank got I went on the face book site… I really love that you have the section on memories..I would love to see that on this site… also, maybe sometime you might think about doing an “old timers nite”… a long time ago they used to try to get ahold of old drivers, pit crews, sponsors, workers just something for the fans to go back to the time when things were fun in their generation…. My grandsons are beginning to become 4 generation race fans at the ages of 3 & 6..
    thanks for your time
hope I was able to explain all the things that I was trying to say
